very easy process for renting. Homepointe has been great about getting my maintenance fixed. I would recommend Homepoint to a friend or family.

I have rented twice from Home Pointe
and have had a good experience. They have a large selection of homes to pick from.
I had a maintenance emergency late in the evening and they sent a plumber out right away.I would recommend renting from Home Pointe.

I have a home in Sacramento. It isn't
in a nice neighborhood. I tried to manage it myself for years but I always picked the worst tenants and I paid for three evictions before I got a property manager. That property manager was not Homepointe. Too bad. She did about as good of a job as I did managing this difficult property.
Then, I got Homepointe. My house has been rented by respectable tenants that pay their rent ever since. I've never had another eviction.
My contacts there, James Safonov, and Eileen, I think, have been very good to me and very patient because I know that I have sometimes been a difficult owner.
Once, when money was tight, and my property was suffering from deferred maintenance, they worked with me and with their vendors so that I was able to get some major repairs done on my house and pay my vendors off over time with the rent payments.
I'm really grateful that I found this company and I would recommend them to anybody looking for property management for a difficult or a long distance property.
