Best Flower Shop in Carmichael. I would never buy flowers anywhere else. Bettay's is my lifesaver. Once, in 2001 I forgot my wife's anniversary, and Bettay's was able to put out a dozen beautiful roses within 2 hours. Marsha is a delight, and she always knows how to make an awe inspiring, eye catching, jaw dropping flower arrangement.
