We had Gilmore come out because we had gotten a new air conditioning and heating unit and we were having problems with it taking a long time for the house to cool down and heat up. The people who put in the system put it in incorrectly. Gilmore fixed that and the results have been saving us a ton of money. It used to run all the time trying to get to the right temperature.

My tech Kirk was very courteous and thorough, he cleaned my 3 filters, checked on a possible issue with the heater, serviced and cleaned my air conditioner inside and out. The entire visit lasted about. 1 1/4 hours.
Our experience with Gilmore Heating and Air Conditioning was excellent, even better than what we were expecting. From start to finish, they were great. The salesperson didn't bore us with details that weren't relevant to us. He was open to hearing our questions and concerns. When we decided which unit we were going to get, we discussed the noise level. We needed one that was quiet as I am sensitive to noise and that was a big concern to me. We ended up up-grading and paying more for a better motor. Before they came to install the unit, I asked specifically that there be no radio or smoking at or around our house. One of the installers asked if he could play music, and I told him no. He told me it was classical music, and I still said no. I thought that would be met with major attitude. But it wasn't. He was very polite, they all were very nice and as pleasant as can be. And when they took a break to smoke, they did it away from the house as well. They were very professional, thorough and before they even got here, they called first, just as they were leaving to give us an accurate time of arrival. They would arrive on time, which was very important to us also. We have recommended them to several friends of ours. We plan on using them for maintenance in the future
We were in the middle of a heatwave. Gilmore responded within 24 hrs which is unheard of in the Sacramento heat. I was very impressed with Brandon. (Diagnosed within minutes, repaired within 1/2 hr, very neat, clean, frendly, professional).
Ryan did an AC tune-up. He was precise in his explanation of the work performed. Moreover, he charged precisely the amount quoted for this service. He wore a booty over his footwear inside the house and was very friendly. I would recommend him highly.
Another company, after several attempts, could not figure out what was wrong with our heating system. We called Gilmore Heating and Air Conditioning and they figured it out on the first visit. They repaired our system and it's working great now. Gilmore has a good reputation and they are good at working things out.
We are new homeowners, and found that our unit was fairly new, but hadn't been serviced since it was installed (3 years ago). Cory did our heating unit in the fall, and was back today to service the air. Everyone is SO friendly, the service is GREAT, always on time, and answer all my questions in PLAIN ENGLISH! I would recommend Gilmore to anyone! We're batting a thousand!
