Horrible customer service. I have been going to Luxury Nails for a couple of years and thought I would try this place out. BIG MISTAKE!

I went in for a full set of "pink and white" nails and boy, that's not what I got. I wondered why I didn't see any lamps on their station, now I know why. The next morning when I got to work I see that one nail is actually yellow where the pink is suppose to be and the others are 3 different shades of pink. I went back to have them fixed and the male owner/manager accused me of having a nail that had been torn away from the skin and I told him "Mary cut my nails." He offered to fix my nails but when I sat at his station waiting for him to help me he decided to start talking about me, like we don't know when they are doing that. I walked out and will NEVER go back. Save your money and go elsewhere.
