I'm extremely impressed. I own a property I recently placed under Alpha's management. So far, I have to say I'm extremely impressed with the professionalism of the broker (Sally) and her team. All are friendly, easy to reach, responsive, friendly and always professional. (I switched from a company that was none of these things!)

I would recommend alpha to anyone. I'm not sure when donna was hired but she has been excellent to work with and is great about contacting us if there's anything we need to be consulted or asked. she is wonderful at following up too!

sally was able to get really good tenants for us. fortunately, we were able to wait. our objective was to get good people into our homes, even it if took some time. if you're financially able to wait, then well in good.

i would recommend alpha to anyone that needs a property manager is in the sacramento area.

Have been using them for a year now!. I have been using Alpha Property Management for about a year now and I am completely happy with their service. Everything is always taken care of if there are any problems.
