CGA Property Management has been taking care of my Citrus Heights rental property. I live near LA, so finding a reliable property management company was a must. I feel fortunate and confident that I did find the right company for my needs. They are to work with and my tenants have made some nice comments as well. Very highly recommended!

Lied to by the management company, we were told that we would be able to put double down on a property in order to get the house we wanted...that was a lie they are looking for other more qualified tenants. They said we were denied because our 3x's the monthly amount was short by $14, that is a lie they are supposed to count GROSS which it states in their ad, do not deal with this company all they want is a bunch of tenants to apply for a house in order to get any money from a property. Property management companies get 8-10% a month from a rental which is not much so they collect as many applications as possible in order to get ANY sort of money from a property. I guarantee that if you meet all qualifications they will find some sort of flaw or say you were 2nd or 3rd in line versus giving you the house because they want to collect as many applications as possible...

They have been able to keep my rental filled with good tenants. I was never very good at that part and it would sit for a month or so before I could get someone in. They have been a great help!
