Elijah Terrell was awesome. He was very helpful and professional, he thoroughly explained everything to us, he went above and beyond to give us good service. I was surprised and pleased by the fact that he didn't not try to sell us a new unit. Our unit is the original one which came with the house.

We had an entirely new system installed in our home; unit, stand, ducting........everything except the main duct through the roof. Danny and Chaz were fast, friendly and efficient. I am totally happy with both Bell Brothers and our install technicians.

5 -- STARS Mike Scott from Bell Brothers did our Heater Checkup and Tuneup .... Was most polite and took the time to explain what he was going to do and provided an what he found. Left the place clean not like the service we used last year.

Dec.13,2012 Leroy was my technition and he was very courteous, efficient and helpful. While performing my service, he discovered why I heard a loud noise when my system went on, and he explained the problem and even fixed it for me. No noise now. He also discussed other things that I didn't know about (my thermostat settings, the cleaning of my filters and etc.) He is an excellent technition and Bell Bros. is lucky to have him on their team. Very professional. I am very happy.

Sourya was my technician, and he was courteous and efficient and let me know all my options. He explained everything in a way that I could understand. I will definitely recommend them in the future and will use them again.

Matt H was the tech that came out to perform the tune up on my heating unit. He was extremely pleasant and proceeded to perform the service. While doing the service he discovered that the 2nd stage of the heating unit was not working. He proceeded to just go ahead and fix it. He made sure the input and output temperatures were at the proper levels as well. He probably spent over 2 1/2 hours at my house. My unit will now work the way it was intended and much more efficiently thanks to Matt. He is an excellent technician and bell brothers is fortunate to have him on their team. Oh and there was NO CHARGE! It was included in the tune-up plan I signed up for which was minimal. Bell Brothers trains their people extremely well and I would recommend this company to all. A great company with great people.

Recently had to get a whole new hvac from BBs. All technicians who helped me were punctual, courteous, clean, and very professional. These would be Brandon A., Charlie J. and Keith R. Bell Brothers has been very easy to work with, very accommodating of me as an individual.
