Jack Corry and his team from Water Smoke & Mold Removal did an outstanding job with the remediation project by removing all mold that was at the time behind my kitchen cabinets. When Jack came by the home to look at the issue along with providing me an estimate of cost for the repair, I was a bit nervous about the entire situation. Jack was very professional and encouraged me everything was going to be ok. Once the project got started and by removing the kitchen cabinets to get to the affected area were the mold was growing on the wall his team did everything to solve the problem and to help minimize cost. Once the remediation project was completed, Jack lined up his contact for a final mold exam providing multiple tests, air samples and a swab test. At that time Jack also encouraged me everything was going to be ok and that both lab tests where going to pass. Once we received the passing results from the lab we were now cleared for the build back of the kitchen cabinets. Jack then referred me to a company that also did an outstanding job by putting the kitchen back together. I’m extremely happy that I had the opportunity to work with Jack and his team. My home had extensive smoke damage when a pellet stove malfunctioned and burned into the bin and smoked and smouldered all night. I was actually very blessed to wake up. The entire crew took care of everything for me. They found painters, carpet, drapery and HVAC specialists. I watched as the crew went through every square inch of my home, emptying every closet, drawer and shelf, carefully inventorying every last item and determining if it could be cleaned and restored or if it was to salvaged. An itemized list was made for the insurance company and the home restoration continued until there was no sign of damage at all. The staff and crew were all professional, patient, polite and empathetic to my situation. I have recommended WATER SMOKE AND MILDEW REMOVAL to everyone I have come in contact with, including all of the Insurance professionals I deal with in my own business.

Jack and his crew are true professionals, who show up when they say they will; complete the job in a timely way; keep you posted all along the way; and make sure you are happy before they leave. I would recommend Jack and his company - Water, Smoke and Mold Removal - to anyone who might face a difficult situation in any of these areas. I wouldn't use anyone else!

Jack and his crew are fantastic. We experienced a sewage back-up in our home. One phone call later, the guys from Water, Smoke and Mold were there. Their questions over the phone, quick response time and plan of action was professional and expedient. They got my home put back together and healthy in no time at all. I hope nothing like that happens again, but if it does, I know who to call and know that I am in the good hands of Water, Smoke and Mold. Thanks for the great job Jack.

Our small office building suffered significant damage from ashes and other debris from a nearby fire. We couldn't even utilize our parking lot for several days. Water Smoke & Mold Removal arrived with their crew and we were up and running very quickly. Walkway, windows and the parking lot, all just like new. I'd recommend Water Smoke & Mold Removal anytime.

WSM responded quickly (event took place late Friday afternoon, beginning of a 3 day weekend) was able to clean up and dry out the flooded area and turned the keys over to me when they said they would. They were courteous on the phone and in person.
