The salon is very clean and the staff is very natural and friendly. I really enjoyed my massage and pedicure. The rooms are spacious and enjoyed their treats they offer. Not a lot of fluff, which I liked.
Pros: Great parking in a business park complex
Cons: They don't advertise and I found out through a friend.

I have had facials and pedicures in several different places in Sacramento and Napa, and I have to say that the facials and pedicures at St. James are the best ever. I do not always have the same staff member provide me with services, but I have found that whomever I have always does an excellent job. I have been going to St. James for about 6 years and keep driving back to Carmichael to get services there even though I don't live very close.

When you enter, the salon has a very calming and open feeling. It has been newly decorated and looks wonderful and not overdone like other salon/spas with hired artificial staff who don't have a clue about being passionate about their work. The ladies are always helpful and their is always their wonderful herbal ice tea and snacks the serve daily. I can't get enough of it and I travel from Elk Grove to get the consistant quality services all the time.

I have been going to St. James for 8 years and have tried almost all of the services--very qualified, friendly, professional staff. The spa is clean, large and well-designed for the variety of services. Lots of fun things to see, sample and buy. There is always something new being added or a "special" going on. The gift certificates are a real treat for both men and women.

Can't beat the qualified staff and relaxing atmosphere! Close, quiet, tons of services and all very reasonably priced.
