Not professional

I had visited mediwell twice both times I waited over 45 min after my appt. Office is dirty and not taken care of. I felt like I was a medical patient when I pay a lot for my insurance. Dr. Bashin was not that great took no real time and the medical assistant/reception need training. Very unprofessional and they don't care.I guess they are too busy that they don't need you.

• Cons: no parking,lots of waiting and hardly interested in the patient

Dr. Bhasin - The most irresponsible doctor I have ever met

We have received the worst possible service from this Doctor & her office staff. We got an appointment for Saturday but as we couldnt have made it we asked for change of dates and it went like this -

Us: We won’t be able to make it on Saturday

Office Asst: When can you come? (laughing)

Us: Can we get on Sunday?

OA: You got it, what time you want to come? (laughing)

Us: 2:00 PM

OA: you got it (laughing)

We reached the office at 1:30PM hoping that we will finish up with our documentation early, but the office was closed. Then we waited for half an hour thinking this might be their only appt on Sunday so they will come at the time of appointment but NO, no one showed up. Then we started calling them, but no luck. Then we called the On-Call doctor, and we finally were able to talk to a person and that was Dr. Bhasin. We thought we will get some better explanation but she panicked just hung up the phone. Then we tried again and she said I don’t have any appt for today in my calendar, the office staff must have made a mistake. We thought ok that make sense. Then she promised us that someone will call us on Monday and will give us an appt on the same day. But no one called and when we tried to reach them there was no one to answer our call.

The most important thing about this appointment was this appointment was regarding Immigration. And due to the nature of the appt any responsible person would have handled the case properly.

So I would suggest keep as far away as you can from this people.

All the very best to her regular patients and I hope it doesn’t happen to them.

Thanks to the Dr. for not seeing us.

Really Good Care

I really can't believe the bad reviews on here. I made my appointment to see Dr. Bhasin and then read the reviews so wasn't sure what to expect. I didn't have to wait at all to see the doctor, her office was beautiful, she gave me personal care and had a great bedside manner. She was actually one of the nicer doctors I've been to, and I've been to a lot. I wonder if the other reviews are just isolated experiences or a disgruntled employee or what, because the care I got was great. I would definitely recommend this office to anybody.

Dr Bahsin is the worst ever encountered

She asked me for a stool sample but only had a small disposable crystal water cup to give me no plastic container or anything close to it! Then after i managed to give her a sample into the small water cup she told me to test it! She gave me the paper with the strip on it and instructed me to spoon the sample onto the paper test strip and test it by the color it chained to. I was sick as hell and she was not even helpful. I visited again at the Folsom office and it was nice but she was in such a hurry she would'nt even talk to me about my stomach issues i have diverticulitis and she don't care what so ever. She got her cradentails in Pakistan i didn't even know that was good enough in the U.S. Filthy Timberlake office and a no good doctor. I wish i could tell her to her face but she closed it down dumped me to someone else for some reason. She needs to show care to her patience cause we keep her paid, we keep her family eating and more. Your a no good Bahsin you should pack up and go back to Pakistan better yet iraq or wherever there's fighting and suicide bombers. You should be thankful for how far you've come in life and treat the next patience better than you did me .

What a personalized doctor and a great patient-care

Dr. Bhasin is a humble and great medical doctor. I have read reviews about her posted by some ex employee who claims to have worked as a senior staff. If she was to write so bad then why she had to work for the facility. One one hand claimimg that she worked for a long period as senoir staff and on the other hand calling Dr. Bhasin as a joke is ITSELF AS JOKE, as she is writting out of her frusturation as she was fired on true unprofessional and criminal grounds.

Avoid this medical practice if you are sick and want to live

Mediwell Med Grp is by far the worst medical office I have ever encountered. The doctor overcharges patients and has no type of relationship with her patients, she loves to bill their insurance instead of loving to take care of her patients. I know this first hand I was a senior staff person. Her husband calls himself the CEO and he is so dumb. Dr. Bhasin is the worst doctor in American history. Mediwell has had so many lawsuits and labor board claims against this clinic. The timberlake office does not have an autoclave which is used to sterilize instruments. The police has been called to both locations many times. The have their employees picking up their kids, running personal errands, do not pay employees on time. Dr. Bhasin tells her staff the clock out after 8hrs and continue working so she does not have to pay overtime . Dr. Bhasin once gave a rectal exam and did not wash her hands afterwards. If a patient calls and wants to talk to Dr. Bhasin the staff is instructed that she does not take calls from her patients, make an appointment, no exceptions! If you value your life and your love ones life stay away from Mediwell Medical Group, both locations Sacramento & Folsom. The Folsom office is beautiful, but there is one problem it is run by Dr. Bhasin who is a joke for a doctor. She likes to insult her staff, look down on her medical patients, and if you dont have your $5 copay dont even bother to make an appointment just roll over and die or switch your doctor. Dr. Sandhu is a great doctor she works in the same buliding on the second floor. The CEO Ravdeep Bhasin smells so bad you would think he is a dead man walking. This one patient had cancer and was really sick Dr. Bhasin would not call in her medication, she told the patient make an appointment. She charges medicare patient $25 for B-12 shots and tells them that the shot is not covered by medicare, but is is. She over charges immigration patients and they always have problems getting their results.

I have been going tp Mediwell at Sacramento, and I must say that Dr Bhasin is really a nice doctor, I really love and recommend her to others. She saved my mom's life
