After a trip to Texas, I had the urge to try all of the BBQ places that I could. I haved had some very good BBQ and some Very bad. Unfortunately, Pit Stop Bar BQ is the latter. It was perhaps the worst BBQ I have ever had. I believe that their cooking methods are to boil the meat, let it sit in a warmer until dried and hard, then when somebody places an order they take the meat out, put BBQ sauce on it and give it to the customer. I just wrote a run-on sentence, but the BBQ is far worse than my grammer. I'll never go to this place again unless I see smoke coming from the building and a New Management sign on the door.
