I couldn't imagine experiencing better medical care than with this office

Dr. Takahashi explains everything as if it was the very first time he had ever explained it to you. He is genuinely interested in the health of your eyes and your level of understanding what is going on. There may be doctor offices around Sacramento with indoor water treatments and piped-in new age music, but I'll never refer anyone to an eye doctor other than Dr. Takahashi. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Pros: Free downtown parking
Cons: Average office feel

Wow, a Doctor Who Really Cares

I'd sorta giving up on finding a medical professional who actually remembers your name even though he/she sees you once or twice a year, and that delivers care like they really mean it. Dr. T is an incredibly nice guy and has always provided fantastic care and service. I mean, how can a doctor who has Tweety in the corner and asks you to look at it so he examine your eyeball be anything but great? Front desk staff is nice too, not the usually surly types interested in getting your insurance form and that's it. He's got an eyeglass store attached too for one-stop shopping.
