Bad Managment , only rents to whites and harasses female tenants, very shady business practices.

If you do come here lock your car and get everything in writing with reciepts if you move here invest in good locks because you will be robbed also if your a female the Manager is very aggressive and gets punitive when rejected.

His Family and house guests are homeless and live in cars in the parking lot drinking and fighting stealing gas out of residents cars if I were you I wouldn't come here it really is the bottom of the barrel.
