WORSIEST ON ALL WORST. Not reccomended

NOT RECOMMENDED. Don't ever go there for service, if you dont want to get rip-off.

POOR SERVICE.

Worsiest on all worst. -10 stars if possible.

I go there for a grinding noise problem when breaking. They give me estimate and a total price of $1500 including the parts and labor. I said ok even though i told them my budget for that problem is only up to $400 . After the job is done, i do a road test. The problem is still there. The grinding noise is not been rectified. I told the service advisor about this and the technician do again another check. Then they said they found the problem was on the other part of thewheel. Now they want me to pay for the additional parts which is only 160$.

Imagine the difference, The real problem is only cost $160 while they make more money on me for $1500.

You cant even get contact with the manager (maybe they're hiding to the costumer) to tell them about their service.

I was already on planning to buy a new car (mustang) on them. But im glad i found out this and their poor performance.

Forget the new mustang...
