the real look into these apt's

You see the parking and the children are not the problem as much as the individuals who live here who don't respect themselves or where they live enough to treat it with respect. Those who run in crowds who bring bad elements back here ie; dealers,loud music, drinking to essessive intoxication. And we as tenant who are aware of these behaviors and look out for it , try to avoid it and look the other way. WE HAVE TO STAND UP FOR WHAT IS RIGHT AND GOOD, and push out the bad so we can have some peace of mind and beable to sleep at night. If I wanted to live in a GETTO I would have moved into one. WE MUST UNITE and GET INTO ACTION. The fire we had was caused by those who lived in the apt not from an out sider non the less it doesnt belong here. THOSE who think it is CAN LEAVE. OR GET BUSTED COPS will be called! Ty for listening

Starting to become like Tamron Ranch

This place was nice and quiet until recently it seems like the management is just renting to just anybody like Tamron Ranch. Adults walking around drinking beer around the complex and at the swimming pool. There are a lot of children running around unsupervised and worse of all causing problems like throwing rocks, bottles from the garbage and playing in the street. These said children have no sence and get disrespectful if you ask to pass thru on the street. This complex is really not ment to have children living here (no playground) or people who have more then 2 cars. Parking is horrid and you almost have to fight to get a decent spot if you have a 2 car household. The apartments itself need upgrades badly such as paint, carpet, even the kitchen appliances (cheapo at that)!

You won't like it here

Parking is terrible. After 5pm all the uncovered parking spaces are taken. This is due in part to cars being parked and never moved. There are cars full of dust and even on blocks with no tires in the parking spaces. If you must park on the street you have to move your car by 8am or you will get a ticket. Also, the laundry room is always full and has broken, old washing machines. The wood on all the patios is old, rotting, and moldy. The one nice thing, it's quiet. but it's not worth the money. They also added $27 to my monthly rent for the water bill. Moving as soon as lease is finished.

• Pros: inexpensive, quiet, pet friendly
• Cons: no parking, old washers, extra water bill
