Everyone is so nice and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Also, my recent experience with the receptionist was excellent. I called in with a question, she took down my number, spoke to the doctor and called me back within 5 minutes.

I've been going to Glenn's practice since 1991. I've been taking my 2 sons to Glenn since they were 2 y/o ( they are 4&5 now) they both look forward to going and enjoy their time there. I find the staff friendly and professional. I have nothing but positive things to say!

We have been a patients of Dr. Misono for quite a years now and he is good but I could not recommend it due to some of his receptionist was very rude answering phone calls. How many times I got hang up from them. I am hoping Dr. Misono will send her to training on how to be more courteous and improve customer service skills.
Pros: Close to our house
Cons: Receptionist is very rude. need more proper training, customer service wise.

Dr. misono's office is always a pleasure to make an anual checkup with. They do great dental work also! The atmosphere is very relaxing and dr. misono and his staff are very plesant to be around. I have been with him for almost 9 years. My whole family sees dr. misono. Ages 7-42. my youngest brother has been with him his whole life and loves the dentist.
Pros: Quick, no wait time, painless
