Okay Park Crappy Manager

My Girl friend lives in The Park..Its nice and quiet like most adult parks..But alot of Railroad noise from across the street..Which you get used to after a few years. The activity's that are sponsored by the Manager are old and outdated and functions in the club house are always hurried, most people feel as if the Manager does not welcome the activitys in her Clubhouse. In her eye's its her Park. clubhouse and pool and the tenants just dues paying burdens. That she must keep in line or else! Every month there seems to be a new rule that was made up on the Fly for her convenience

The club house and the Pool area are always clean. The Hot tub is only 94 Degrees, but the sign says its 104. We asked about it and were told that people with High Bloodpressure requested that it be kept cold so they can use it, (so much for being hot) its not being used most of the year because of its temp. The Residents in the park are all wonderfull and very helpfull and vry nice. The grouds keepers work hard to keep the park nice, They do a great job and are friendly
