Log Cabin has wonderful food!! The Omelets are a large serving to keep you going all day!! They are a family friendly restaurant with a home environment!! They are a bit crowded on the weekends, so get an early start or prepare to wait!!
Recommended Highly!!

We love to go to this place when we go to Lake Tahoe. If we dont get there early for breakfast we have to wait for a table but it is definiely worth it.

Start the day with good breakfast here EARLY morning. You might end up waiting more than an hour if you go after 8:30- 9:00. Upstairs they have a loft with TV and DVD for kids to watch while they are waiting.

This could be the most creative breakfast menu I have ever seen. I love breakfast establishments and this one rocks. Great service. Cute. Patio in summer. Crab cake Eggs Benedict were perfect. Don't miss this. Call ahead to be put on waiting list.
- Pros: Food, service, choices.
- Cons: Crowded.

Pesto and ham in scrambled eggs is only the start! The smoked salmon benedict is outta this world, and even the granola, yogurt and fresh fruit is noteworthy. Don't miss this little place.
- Pros: delicious
- Cons: crowded

With a sign saying "Voted best breakfast" and a line out the door, we figured it had to be great. On arrival, we were told 10 minutes and put on a list with three other parties. In 30 seconds, another waitress came and took the latest arrivals to one of many empty tables. The menu sounded scrumptious, but the food was a huge disappointment. Gristle in the chicken, cool eggs, greasy cheese, and cardboard dry tortillas on my plate.
- Pros: location, menu
- Cons: , food quality, crowded
