Nuance Cosmetic Surgery

For years I felt embarrased with excess stomach skin from having children and sagging breasts. A friend recommend Nuance Cosmetic Surgery to me and I am glad she did. Nearly a year ago I had my breast lifted and my tummy tucked. I look and feel great! I had some problems healing and Dr. Sumida and his staff were wonderful. They answered all my questions, made sure I was taken care of and followed up to see how things were going. They never once brushed me off or made me feel like my questions were not reasonable or relevent. I found Dr. Sumida's work top notch (check out his portfolio of the work he has done and that will convince you), both he and his staff friendly, caring and extremely supportive. I know when I viewed this website two negative reviews were listed. I can only say they must be talking about someone else because my experience was very positive. Even my boyfriend said how pleased he was at the special care they gave me. As this review says, if you want it done right go to Nuance Cosmetic Surgery.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Sumida. I had lots of questions and lots of concerns and he made me feel totally comfortable and happy. My results are better than I ever expected. Everyone in the office is extremely sweet and welcoming, the day of surgery I was very nervous but talking to the Dr. made me feel 100% better. If you are considering plastic surgery Dr. Sumida is definitely the best. Even all of my post-op appointments have been amazing!!! He is so nice and knowledgable and definitely has left no doubts in my mind he is the best!

Let me start by saying I highly recommend Nuance Cosmetic Surgery Center to anyone thinking about having any cosmetic surgery. The experience I had exceeded my expectations. I am very pleased with the work Dr Sumida has done. I went to my consultation with only a visual picture in mind and Dr Sumiida listened gave suggestions and matched it perfectly. My scars are almost non existant. The entire staff at Nuance make you feel very welcome from the second you walk in the door. Dr Sumidas nurse & anesthiologist were fantastic ; very professional and very clean office!!!!! Again I highly recommend Dr Sumida to anyone considering cosmetic surgery.

from the moment i walked in the office my experience at nuance was amazing. the staff was very friendly & informative. during my COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION dr. ken answered all of my questions from the risks of the procedure to my size. my size is exactly what i asked for! my breast are soft to touch, no rippling, perky and my scar is very, very, very minimal. i had my stiches out in 10 days and was able to paint to my bathroom a few days after the surgery. my recovery was super easy! dr. ken and staff are truly an awesome office and i recommend them to anyone looking for a positive experience like I had. ~ very happy patient

Dr. Sumida is a wonderful doctor. He was very informative during my consult and spent a lot of time with me. It was such a relief to have a great doctor whose main goal was for me to be 100% happy with my result. All my questions were answered and I felt completely confident with the decision that I made. I love my result; I cannot thank Dr. Sumida enough for the new and improved me! Thanks again Dr. Sumida and Staff!!!

Had upper and lower bleph done 3 years ago and have been hiding since then. Eyes are asymmetrical and have large bumps on the corners. Dr Sumida was a nice guy before surgery, was very defensive after. Did not take responsibility for results.

Pros: Nice office - great staff

Cons: Not enough experience

Nice doctor, staff and facility. However, my experience was painful and not positive. I was miserable after the surgery because he made my breast larger than i had agreed to (almost 100cc larger), they were spread far apart and i was in unbelievable pain for about 6mths. He does not wrap your breast or even give you a bra after surgery, which most plastic surgeons do. When i complained he just indicated that i would get use to them and the pain should go away. Well after a year my breast still hurt and i wish i had chosen a different plastic surgeon. Sometimes it is all about the money and not the patient.

Pros: nice doctor, staff and facility

Cons: made breast larger than originally agreed to and it was very painful. they are nice in part because they want your money

I am very pleased with Dr Sumida. He spent a tremendous amount of time with me during my consultation. My previous consults lasted less than 15 to 30 minutes and I felt rushed and incomplete. My surgical experience could not have been better. I recommend him to everyone.
