I have visited this place since they opened on-and-off just to see if they have "got it" yet. I will never be back. The pizza is consistant. It's consistantly the worst pizza I've ever had. I am from ny and this pizza is NOTHING like ny pizza. I can't believe some of these NY'er reviews! What part of NY are you from?! Bring the family someplace else.

Cons: globs of cheese, resturants decor, too thin crust

Whether you just want a slice or the whole pizza . I highly recommend Mama Nardis . Delicious Pizza , Fast friendly service .Simply a beautiful experience !

Ordered Sausage and Mushroom Pizza, a beer and a soda. They overcharged my credit card and didnt know how to handle a void transaction. Didnt even give us our beer until we asked, 10 mins later. Brought us the WRONG pizza, didnt even offer to make us the right pizza. The woman said, "Oh our meatballs are better than sausage anyway...." and shoved the pizza at us with no plates. Got back up to ask for plates and a beer refill, thinking after all that went wrong they could at least give us a beer on the house. No such luck. The place is just AWFUL. No big apologies for the service, not even a big excuse. The woman behind the counter spent the whole time outside on her cell phone, so no service there. Pizza expensive. The owner really needs to crack the whip on this business.

Mama Nardi's is the best pizza I've found in the area. I travel 15 miles to go pick up or eat in here, and it is worth it every time! The service is just amazing, the pizza is always hot and the atmosphere is fun and very clean. I have never liked breadsticks until I've eaten the ones with the sesame seeds from Mama Nardi's. I am an exceptionally picky eater when it comes to pizza, and I must say that the sauce, cheese, and crust are all exceptional! The sauce isn't too overpowering or too sweet, the cheese is just the right amount with the perfect amount of spices, and the crust is so crispy with no grease! I've never been to New York and don't know if this is true to NY style, but it doesn't matter to me--this pizza is hands down the best I've had!

Pros: Pizza, Breadsticks, Service

Cons: Cramped Parking

I have been to Mama Nardi's numerous times and they are the BEST -- their quality is consistent, service is stupendous while always projecting an upbeat clean cut attitude for the young and the young at heart. The pizza is to die for -- you never get that "over stuffed" feeling -- unless you want to by eating the WHOLE thing. I highly recommend anyone to try this pizza -- you'll never go anywhere else! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!

ama Nardis is great because you can get pizza by the slice, right next to the movies. There are various kinds to choose from which makes everyone happy!! I go there A LOT, and it seems Diane is always there!! She is so helpful and nice. She really knows her stuff!! Also- the Folsom High guys, as well as Jody and Daisy are an awesome crew!! Ive been there numerous times when it was extremely busy, but they always pull through, all the while providing great customer service. Oh yeah, and the pizza is great too!! The real stuff- without the plane ticket!

Pros: fun, friendly, employees

Cons: pretty hectic, on Friday, nights!

pizza was ok. I read an article in a local magazine about this place. The pizza was good, but I think many of the previous reviews are friends of Mama Nardi's. I kind of lost my mood for food when I noticed the blond behind the counter making pizza with no hat or hair net, plus moving her hair out of the way.

You haven't had pizza until you've had Mama Nardi's. This pizzeria is going to do very well. Janey is so outgoing and fun to come in and see. Good luck Janey, you deserve it.

Yummy!!! The best pizza in the Folsom and all surrounding areas. I can't get enough! I highly recommend Mama Nardis New York Pizzeria.
