Poor customer service and poor staff. 1.5 hours late the first day, and so they had to come back the second day, called and waited on hold for a half hour. The service request was to change locks. They didn't change locks for apartment. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE.
Pros: None that I can think off. Customer Service Staff is horrible.
Cons: Everything about this company is a Con.

I locked myself out of my car and I needed a locksmith urgent for I was on my way to work....I explained the situation to the nice girl that answered the phone and she assured me the repairman will be there as soon as possible. And he really was fast! i waited about 20 minutes and he got my car open in no time, I wasn't even late to work. Thanks!
