I still can't believe it that there's a place like Wag Hotels, which offers a royal stay for my pet. My pooch loves to spend his days in Wag when I need to go out of town and can't take him along. They are open 24/7 so you can pick up and drop off whenever works best for you. Leaving him there assuages my worst fears as everything is taken care of. My staffy gets a royal treatment there along with other tailed friends. The staff is warm and friendly. Wag is fab with a spacious lobby and everything's sparkling clean. Their kitchen is immaculate and full of shiny stainless steel. Perfectly hygienic. That even I could eat my meals in them. The rooms (not kennels) are spacious with little doggy couches, beds, artwork on the walls and plenty of room to stretch out, sleep and play. There's a huge aquarium, swimming pool for dogs and my kid can watch movies on a little flat-panel plasma TV. I wish I could stay along with my dog. But never mind, I can watch him on the webcam, which is accessible for an additional charge. In addition to this you have spa services like massages, blueberry facial and paw-dicures. To sum it all up – it's FABULOUS!

Honestly, I had never thought I could leave my dog anywhere, until I heard all the great things about WAG, I just had to see it for myself. I stopped by got a tour of the facility and was soo impressed. The staff their is very welcoming they offered me a cup of coffee prior to the tour, the shop inside has such a variety of toys, beds, treats. They have a stainless steel kitchen, which even has a fridge and microwave to keep your dog or cats food cold or warm before serving, I mean really how awesome is that? I really didn't know what kind of room I wanted for my Boxer, but I ended up getting the large room, but they definately have some of the nicest rooms I have ever seen, the "luxury suite" has a tv, big bed, web cam and all, you can watch your dog from wherever you are. I mean I could see MYSELF staying in that room! What really made me feel at ease is the fact that you could tottaly tell that all the workers especially the girls up front are the biggest dog and cat lovers, they gave my dog a huge hug when leaving. They even gave me a report card when I left telling me how he did, and to no surprize he was crazy and made tons of friends just like I thought! I would go back there in a heartbeat, highly reccomended...

Finally - there is a reliable place to leave my dog and cat. WAG is very hip, super clean, and convenient. My dog Kasey loves the luxury suites with plasma tv, warm bed, belly scratches, swimming pool, playgroups and spa. My cat likes the ocean view from her kitty condo. Great pick up and delivery service - they make it super easy when I need to leave town. You can trust the staff because they are really dedicated to excellent care and they love dogs and cats. I highly recommend WAG Hotels!!!

Great people, great environment completely feel at home. Not even a single concern leaving my bulldog there.
