Don't Recommend Elk Grove Dental. The worst overall experience EVER. I have dealt with braces for one of my children for a lengthy term, twice as long as they had told me. The office had gone through three different orthodontists who all had different opinions for treatment for my child. I have had enough of the super long waits in the waiting room, then having to wait even more in the treatment rooms.

Don't even get me started on the lack of communication and knowledge of the front office staff, I was always being told different appointment dates although ortho patients were only being seen on Mondays, as well as being told of different amounts for payments due.

I absolutely do NOT recommend anyone do business with this group of amateurs. Save yourself the grief and agony and find another dental office or deal with your tooth ache or root canal. It is certainly better than the pain and suffering these people have to offer.…
