James Turner Roofing does not adhere to local, state, and federal standards necessary for adequate practice and procedures in roofing as defined in the state roofing contractors guidlines - as a result, his practice in roofing is both unprofessional and unskilled. Please See CSLB web site for appropriate procedure in investigating california roofing contractors.
